Rancho La Quinta Country Club Real Estate
Rancho La Quinta Developer T. D. Desert Development began construction in 1993 and completed the 960-home community by 2000 (of course some homes in the community are much newer than this as private home construction continued after this date). Fairway Homes, Casita Homes, most enjoying fabulous views of the golf course, surrounding mountains, and landscape. Ventana Homes, were built on privacy lots.
The models of homes include:
- Ventanas: 90 homes off the fairway, with four floor plans and quaint courtyards ranging from 2038 to 2,500 sf.

All homes purchased include a racquet Club Membership, which includes the use of tennis courts, fitness center, pool, clubhouse, social events and multiple dining venues. Additional Membership fees and dues range from $17,000 to $105,000, and the monthly dues associated with each range from $1,425/month to $1660/month (fees and dues are subject to change).
