Penny has been in business her whole adult life. She ran and owned a company with 170 employees in the state of Washington and uses her business background in the real estate business. Penny has been listing and selling real estate for thirteen years and is extremely well respected in the field. She is one of the top agents in the Coachella Valley.
Gil Jelmberg

Gil and Penny owned and managed one of the largest independent Internet providers in the nation with 170 employees. In early 2000, Gil and Penny moved to the Coachella Valley to down-size and retire. A year after retirement they became restless and decided to become Realtors. Now, year after year, their team is in the top 1% in sales in the valley. Penny and Gil worked together almost daily for forty-one years, and have been joined in the business by their two sons Christian, Realtor, and Josh, Broker Associate.
Josh Jelmberg

Josh’s past business experience ranges from being a project engineer for Perini Building Company on Project City Center in Las Vegas, to project manager for MIG Nevada completing a multitude of projects in almost every casino on the strip. Josh joined the Jelmberg Team in 2010 as the CFO & Operations Manager. With his business experience and the burning passion he has for real estate, Josh is an extremely valuable and talented professional that has been integral to the Jelmberg Team’s growth from $12M of business in 2010 to over $170M in 2021.

From 93’ Christian Jelmberg had been marketing for the family Internet business on a national scale. Christian syndicates the listings and networks with thousands of web sites in US, Canada, and 85 other countries. He photographs and enhances each photo to look like it came out of a magazine. He then applies them to a customized full color brochure. The combination of great marketing and imagery helps reel in the buyers from all directions. It’s no wonder a lot of their listings have sold before the buyer even set foot in the home. “To me your home is a brand and my job is to have it stand out from the competition.”
