Residents can partake in the following; an Arthur Hills golf course, 32,000 square foot clubhouse, fitness center, swimming pools, tennis courts, wood shop, billiards room and more.
The Arthur Hill designed 18 hole par 72 course covers 170 acres. Golfers will enjoy not only the course but also the adjacent driving range, sand traps, chipping, and putting practice areas. While the course is open to the public, residents pay reduced rates. Green fees on average run $55 per player per 18 holes. Annual golf dues are just shy of $3,500 for single passes with couples paying just under $6,500.
Home owners get unlimited use of the clubhouse and all of its features. The space includes a ballroom, meeting rooms, a fully equipped fitness center, heated indoor and outdoor pools, a spa, a woodworking shop, four tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, billiards room, art studio, and so much more.
