Real Estate is an Essential Service
On Friday, March 28, 2020, Gov. Gavin Newsom Announced that real estate inspections and showing are an essential service. This allows for buyers in-person showing/inspection of homes by the State of California during the stay at home order. While this is great news for both home buyers and home sellers, at the Jelmberg Team we must do in-person showings only if necessary, and if a showing is deemed necessary, take every precaution possible to ensure a safe and clean showing.
