SCPD SOLD HOMES | August 1st to August 31th, 2018

Sun City Palm Desert (SCPD) saw 23 homes sold in the community in the month of August. In August of last year SCPD saw 27 homes sold, however the lower number is likely due to a decrease in inventory in the community. While there was a slight decrease in the number of homes sold in SCPD in August of 2018, home sale prices have been increasing due to a lack of supply since early 2017. For example a privacy lot Morroco model home in August of 2017 sold for $289,000 to $320,000, while the same model, in August of 2018, sold for $346,000 to $354,500.
