According to both the Palm Springs Regional Association of Realtors (PSRAR) and the California Desert Association of Realtors (CAR) The market value for detached homes in the last 12 months has made a historic 30.5% increase. As of June of 2021 the median home price for a Coachella Valley home is now a whopping $599,000.
Some cities in the Coachella Valley faired even better than a 30.5% increase year over year. Incredibly Rancho Mirage saw a 48% price increase.
Now more than ever homeowners are motivated to sell their homes and many are getting multiple offers and offer over asking price!
