Monthly Solds January 2018 – SCSH

SCSH SALES | January 1st to January 30, 2018

The table below shows the homes that closed escrow in SCSH in January of 2018 arranged by square footage and model home type. January saw a 33.6% drop in the number homes for sale as compared to January 2017, however January 2018 had an increase by 50% in total homes sold as compared to January 2017 (source: Desert Area MLS). This drop in inventory and increase in sales indicates a shift toward (but not quite) a sellers market for SC Shadow Hills. Year over year comparison also saw an increase in the average sale price up 8.1% from January of 2017, despite the number of lower priced homes sold this month.
