SCSH SOLD HOMES | August 1st to August 31th, 2018

Well they are here, the sold homes data for August 2018 in Sun City Shadow Hills are in! August 2018 saw 16 sold homes which is down from August of 2017 where 25 homes were sold! This may be due to a reduced inventory and higher temperatures in the Desert. Despite the lower number of sales, prices are up! Compared to 2017, August 2018 prices for individual model types have increased. For example, a privacy lot Canterra model home in August 2017 fetched between  $237,000 to $242,500, while in 2018 the same model sold for $268,000.
