However, we sell properties all over the Coachella Valley and, in fact, get most of our buyer’s leads from areas like Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta. Our lead generation system yields approximately 20 – 30 buyer leads per day (way higher than 99% of Realtors in the Coachella Valley). While, yes, most of our listings are in Sun City / Del Webb communities, most of our buyer’s agents actually do a larger percentage of their business outside the 3 Del Webb Communities.
