Jelmberg Team #2 in the Inland Empire Region
At the annual Keller Williams Inland Empire Region Awards Ceremony the Jelmberg Team received the award for the second most closed units for 2018. The Jelmberg Team, competing with larger teams, clinched this award and, as the owner and team lead, Penny Jelmberg was asked to speak to a room full of ambitious real estate professionals about how she accomplished this task. …187 an inauspicious number, however that number is truly impressive when you consider that each of those 187 is a closed home sale representing $65 million dollars in sales. Thats right, in 2018 the Jelmberg Team completed 187 successful transactions averaging a home sold every 1.9 days. This accomplishment represents the second most closed home sales by a Keller Williams team in the entire Inland Empire region!
$65 Million in Sales in 2018
On March 19, 2019 the Jelmberg Team was awarded again for sales in the La Quinta Market Center. This award adds another $65 Million dollars in sales awards reaching total sales in the past six years to be well over $400 Million dollars. The Jelmberg Team accepted the award as a team at the breakfast event with big smiles at the breakfast event held in Rancho Mirage.
