The Jelmberg Team will match donations to 3 worthy charities up to $2,000
This December (2018), the Jelmberg Team is matching donations dollar for dollar up to $2,000 for Street Life Project, Father’s Heart Ranch or Convoy of Hope.
Last December, in an effort to connect and give back to our community, Jelmberg Team ran a donation-matching campaign for two local charities in all of the Insider Magazines (reaching over 12,000 readers in Palm Desert, N. Indio & La Quinta). Our gracious readers responded in amazing fashion, donating approximately $15,000 to last year’s non-profit partners Fathers Heart Ranch and Street Life Project. Adding the $5,000 that The Jelmberg Team matched, OVER $20,000 WAS RAISED FOR LOCAL CHARITIES DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY! It was such a blessing to partner with our readers to help meet some of the needs of our local homeless and orphaned last year.
With the growth of the Insider Magazines to now over 16,000 local readers we hope to increase this year’s financial giving to three local charities, while also providing opportunities for readers to donate needed clothing, canned goods and hygiene products.
The Jelmberg Team will be matching donations dollar for dollar up to $2,000 for each organization. We will also be the drop-off point for your clothing, canned goods and hygiene products.
Partner with the Jelmberg Team, Street Life Project, Father’s Heart Ranch and Convoy of Hpoe Front to give the gift of hope to the homeless, parentless and our military families in need this Christmas.
3 Worthy Charities: Our Donation Match Program:
Street Life Project
For the past six years, Street Life Project has been serving on the front line and focuses on building relationships in the streets, under bridges and in hidden camps throughout the Coachella Valley. Serving meals, clothing, hygiene and other needed resources allows us to form trusting friendships with those living in the streets, so that we can assist them with rehab, jobs, housing, etc. to help them get back on their feet. Our goal is to create working duplicable systems with proven results. We look forward to seeing the homeless count reduce as we continue to grow. Visit our website and to see the beautiful stories of real life change and transformation that we have been able to experience. Street life is a non-profit 501(c)(3), donations are tax deductible. Father’s Heart Ranch
The mission of the Father’s Heart Ranch Group Home is to receive, restore and revive children whose lives have been affected by abuse and neglect of adults who have betrayed their roles to care and nurture these children.
Each child’s circumstance is different. Some are waiting for a parent to complete court-required programs before the child can return, other parents are incarcerated or plainly, nowhere to be found. Either way, our goal is to provide skills that each child can take with them on their journey through life. Through therapy, community involvement, spiritual development, exposure to new things and above all LOVE, we provide holistic development for our children and in this way we look forward to seeing that each child’s journey is a success. Visit our website to check out our facilities, learn about our program and volunteer opportunities. Father’s Heart Ranch is a non-profit 501(c)(3), donations are tax deductible. You can make donations on our website or mail checks to:

CONVOY of HOPE – Supporting California Wildfire Relief
Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response.
In response to northern California’s Camp Fire, Convoy of Hope has shipped more than 300,000 pounds of product to California and has served more than 16,000 individuals. Convoy of Hope has deployed 10 truckload and procured product locally to help support survivors of the wildfire. Supplies being distributed by Convoy of Hope include food, water, blankets, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, masks, blankets and cots. Before the start of the Camp Fire, Convoy of Hope already had product in California from our response to the Redding Fire earlier this year. Our partners in the area had immediate access to bottled water and cots for distribution.
Convoy of Hope is continuing to provide relief supplies through local churches and organizations in the Chico, California area.
