Penny has been in business her whole adult life. She ran and owned a company with 170 employees in the state of Washington and uses her business background in the real estate business. Penny has been listing and selling real estate for eight years and is extremely well respected in the field. She is one of the top agents in the Coachella Valley and the Jelmberg Team has their own office on Washington Street in Palm Desert. In 2013 the Jelmberg office did over 40M in business and is slated to do over 50M in 2014.
